Ashton Raggatt McDougall, known as ARM Architecture, is an Australian architecture firm founded in Melbourne in 1988 by Stephen Ashton, Howard Raggatt and Ian McDougall, with further offices in Sydney and Adelaide. Its work has been described as "architectural outspokenness": buildings that borrow patterns from mathematics and puzzles. Besides new buildings it has taken on heritage and renewal work, such as the refurbishment of Hamer Hall and the redevelopment of the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne, and master plans for Melbourne Docklands and Elizabeth Quay in Perth. By 2016 it was the only Australian firm to have won the Australian Institute of Architects' Premier State Award seven times.
